REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR 2012-2013 SCHOOL YEAR
Hello to all returning and new Cathedral Park Preschool Families!
I’d like to give an overview of how the registration process will work for the 2012–2013 school year.
- Spaces in each class will be filled first by returning students, then returning families, and then on a first come, first served basis.
- Application forms will be accepted at the open house on February 16 with the $25 fee or anytime after accompanied by a $25 application fee. Deadline for current students to be guaranteed enrollment is February 14th. After that date, available spaces will be offered to other applicants.
- All applicants are encouraged to attend our Open House on February 16 from 6 - 8 PM. Attendance at these events is not mandatory.
- All applicants will be notified of their status as quickly as possible.
- Once you are offered a spot in a class you will be asked to pay a non-refundable $50 registration fee and complete an Enrollment Form . This fee covers the cost of your child's t-shirt, school insurance, one adult ciminal history clearance, and a monthly child magazine. Your registration will not be confirmed until this fee is paid. Returning students are required to pay this fee by May 15th.

Although attending the open house is not mandatory, we do encourage each family to do so to see if Cathedral Park is the right fit for your family.

Junior Class
- 3 years old by September 1st
- Meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 am
to 11:30 am - Tuition is $98 per month
- Maximum number of students is 18;
child-to-adult ratio is 4-to-1
Senior Class
- 4 years old by September 1
- Meets
every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
from 9:00 am to 11:30 am - Tuition is $113 per month
- Maximum number of students is 16;
child-to-adult ratio is 4-to-1
Tuition
- $25 application fee
- $50 registration fee
- Junior (3-year-old) class is $98 per month
- Senior (4-year-old) class is $113 per month
- First and last month's tuition is due when school begins

Waiting List Procedures
After a class is filled, we begin adding names to a waiting list. If a space opens, the family at the top of the list is notified and offered the space.
Summer Adventure Camps
Summer Adventure open house is Thursday May 19, 2011 6:30-8pm at Cathedral Park Preschool. Come sign up for Summer Adventure, pay tuition and sign up for parent help days.
